Neoclasic, built under the sponsorship of Carlos III (like the Palafox Chapel and the old Hospicio) with planes of Sabatini and work direction of Bernasconi starting from 1787. In its first patio there is a small collection of taxidermia and it has a nourished library. It has the invocation of Sto. Domingo de Guzmán who was canon of Osma that fought against the 'Cátaros' in the Languedoc. Going up the street of the cemetery it is arrived at the hill of the Magdalenas, with panoramic views of the villa and the Vega del Ucero, as well as to the Cross of the Century or, going down the other side, it is possible to go for a walk by the Hoz del Abión.
